Receptionist Ignored My Urgent Medication Need

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF ZERO COMPASSION Attempted to communicate via phone with an incredibly discourteous and unaccommodating front desk employee who completely disregarded my request for medication guidance. The receptionist displayed zero professional courtesy or interpersonal skills necessary for patient interaction. I clearly articulated my urgent medication requirements, only to be dismissively told "sorry, can't help." It was evident the receptionist possessed neither empathy nor appropriate medical knowledge to engage with patients professionally. Terrible encounter that left me profoundly distressed!
