Receptionist made me feel terrible today

After my interaction with the medical practice's front desk staff, I found them condescending, invasive, and discourteous. Their demeanor completely lacks any semblance of empathy or compassion, giving the clear impression they are indifferent to patients' concerns - the pandemic appears to have dramatically degraded their professional approach. They could seriously benefit from a comprehensive course in basic customer care and interpersonal communication.
