Receptionist misdiagnosed my serious health issue

Extremely subpar medical service where physicians are absent, and receptionists diagnose patients instead. The front desk staff presume medical expertise, despite giving advice that previously landed me in a hospital stay for three days. Dr. Jones appears to be deliberately avoiding patient interactions by remaining sequestered in the office rather than directly engaging with those seeking medical care.
