Receptionist mix-up led to clinic discharge

I recently had contact with the surgery regarding an appointment matter. There was some confusion with a member of the reception team about whether I had attended an appointment, despite having attended and the attendance being documented at the surgery. This misunderstanding led to my discharge from another clinic. After struggling to get the issue resolved through initial channels, I requested to speak with a supervisor, who was more helpful and took a more proactive approach to addressing my concerns. I am hopeful that the supervisor will follow through on their commitment to resolve this matter and provide a better outcome than the initial response I received.
