Receptionist overstepped by advising on antibiotics

I had a really disappointing experience at the reception desk. A member of the reception team made suggestions about my medication and informed me that a telephone consultation with the doctor wouldn't be available until the end of the week. I felt frustrated that administrative staff were making decisions about my treatment needs and whether I required to see a doctor. The interaction left me upset, and I found the manner in which I was spoken to to be quite dismissive.

We welcome any feedback from patients which will ultimately assist us to improve the services we deliver.
