Receptionist wouldn't listen to my concerns

Attempted to arrange an urgent telephone consultation due to experiencing significant dizziness and visual disturbances that began after starting a new medication. Was informed that an appointment would not be available for approximately two weeks. Sought basic guidance regarding the symptoms. During the call, the receptionist appeared to interrupt frequently, and the conversation was ended as it felt unproductive and the concerns were not being adequately addressed.
