Receptionists and doctors don't communicate well

The clinical staff who perform procedures such as blood tests and screenings are excellent, however there appears to be a lack of communication between the clinical team and reception staff. I have made considerable efforts to obtain a diagnosis for a condition that regularly impacts my daily life, yet each consultation feels as though it is starting from scratch. The clinician does not seem to engage with my own observations about my symptoms, and I remain without a diagnosis. When test results return as normal, the investigation seems to stop rather than progressing to the next steps. I am in the process of registering with a different practice.
