Having previously attended a practice that exclusively offered telephone consultations and required lengthy waiting periods to reach reception staff, I find myself very appreciative of Wordsley Green. The reception team here are genuinely pleasant, and the doctors are equally welcoming. I'm pleased I made the decision to switch surgeries.
