Receptionists blocking access to medical help

I'm struggling to know how to express my frustration. I waited on hold for an extended period only to be advised to attempt contact again the following day. This pattern repeats consistently without exception. It's understandable why individuals hesitate to seek medical attention when the assistance provided falls so short of expectations. Administrative staff without clinical backgrounds appear to be making decisions about what constitutes an urgent matter. The overall impression is one of insufficient staffing and inadequate support. The service experience has been deeply disappointing.
