Receptionists could be more polite and helpful

The reception staff could be more welcoming and courteous. They would benefit from additional training in customer service skills, as interactions often feel curt and dismissive. Making appointments has become an unpleasant experience, and I'm considering switching to a different practice. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with how I'm being treated at this surgery.
