Receptionists distracted while patients wait hours

The reception staff appeared to be occupied with personal activities rather than promptly attending to patients. I was instructed to attend the surgery and upon arriving at 10am, was asked to return at 4.30pm. I subsequently consulted with multiple healthcare professionals, yet felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed and considerable time was spent without resolution. The overall experience felt disorganised and inefficient. When attempting to escalate concerns to management, I encountered obstacles in the complaint process. The registration documentation appeared outdated and poorly maintained. Throughout my visit, staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful.
