Receptionists failed to pass on medication requests

Extremely disappointing experience. I left my previous practice due to poor service standards and switched to this surgery after reviewing positive feedback online, but unfortunately this proved to be an ineffective decision. After two months and multiple attempts to contact the practice, my repeat prescription still hasn't been arranged. The reception team has repeatedly neglected to communicate straightforward requests and information regarding my medication to the clinic, resulting in me running out of my prescribed medicine and having to borrow medication from family members. Perhaps I need to resort to unconventional methods outside the surgery to receive adequate care. I question what value is being provided for the fees patients are charged.
