Receptionists hang up and leave you in queue

I found my experience with this GP practice to be very disappointing. Some of the reception staff displayed unhelpful attitudes. Obtaining appointments proved extremely difficult, even for urgent healthcare needs. I waited several weeks before securing an initial appointment, and a necessary follow-up appointment has still not been arranged. My attempts to contact the practice by phone were frustrating, involving extended waiting times on multiple occasions. During one call, after waiting a considerable time, the line was disconnected when answered, which has happened to me previously. When I called back, I was informed of a very long queue. I have decided to seek care elsewhere when circumstances allow. I question why the practice continues to accept patients when it appears unable to manage demand effectively. Overall, I felt the service fell short of acceptable standards. I would encourage others to carefully consider whether this practice can meet their healthcare needs.
