Receptionists ignore calls and don't follow up

I have been with this practice for approximately a year and have found my experience disappointing. The reception team have been unhelpful, with promises of callbacks that do not materialise and calls that are disconnected almost immediately. There have been communication issues with administrative staff, who appeared unaware of a referral despite another team member indicating they had known about it for some time. The clinical staff have seemed reluctant to engage thoroughly, often providing brief consultations without addressing concerns unless patients return multiple times. I experienced a prolonged period of illness that required several visits before receiving what felt like adequate attention. This has since led to private healthcare and further investigations being arranged, which suggests a more serious underlying issue. I would not feel confident recommending this practice, as I believe patients may struggle to receive timely appointments or have their concerns properly addressed.
