Receptionists killed my patience with calls

The front desk staff display a shocking absence of compassion and professionalism, treating patients with complete disregard. They desperately need training in customer service and telephone etiquette. While I recognize the medical practice is overwhelmingly busy, this does not excuse their discourteous conduct. Scheduling an appointment has become an exercise in futility.
