Receptionists need better communication training

The clinical staff are satisfactory. However, the reception team could benefit from improvement in their interpersonal approach. They come across as abrupt and lack patience when communicating with patients. Their manner of speaking could be more considerate, and they seem to struggle with showing understanding towards those seeking care. I would recommend that the practice consider providing training to enhance customer service standards across the reception team.
