Receptionists' Rudeness Ruins Morning Calls

The receptionists' rudeness is absolutely shocking. I can't comprehend why management isn't addressing this issue! It's deeply disappointing because most GPs are actually competent. Except Dr Bala and Dr Jivraj. Despite feeling unwell, I consistently avoid these two doctors. From my experience, they merely waste my time, forcing me to schedule additional appointments with other physicians who actually help. Dr Bala constantly rushes patients without showing any compassion, and Dr Fatima Jivraj consistently fails to properly diagnose illnesses! That single star is solely for Dr Bala and Dr Jivraj. However, the reception staff deserve zero stars. They are absolutely terrible! Particularly the phone enquiry staff, who are incredibly arrogant and discourteous. The practice management desperately needs to monitor conversations between patients and receptionists to understand their staff's appalling behavior. Every time I call to book an appointment, especially early morning after 8am, the receptionist speaks to me as if I'm completely incompetent. They make me feel utterly distressed. Their rudeness is unbearable! They constantly talk over patients, assuming they already know the nature of the enquiry!! Repeatedly, I must wait for them to finish their nonsensical chatter before I can ask my question, all while they interrupt me. No professionalism, no customer service, no empathy. Just pure arrogance and disgustingly offensive behavior.
