Receptionists ruined my medical experience

The medical practice used to be excellent, but its quality has significantly declined since the current reception staff arrived. If you can navigate past their challenging demeanor, the medical professionals—doctors, nurses, and paramedics—provide exceptional care. I'm required to undergo monthly blood tests for medication management, and the constant interrogation about the purpose, requester, and specific test type is incredibly frustrating! They could simply review my medical records instead of treating me with suspicion, as if I'm trying to manipulate the system. Fortunately, my specialist has taken over coordinating my tests, but I sympathize with other patients who must endure this exhausting process. The reception staff's approach only compounds patients' existing stress and discomfort. I sincerely hope they bring back the previous, more compassionate team members.
