Receptionists talk over you instead of listening

It's no longer possible to see a preferred healthcare provider who has been managing your care over an extended period and is familiar with your circumstances. Each appointment feels like beginning from scratch, assuming you can secure one in the first place. There was a significant delay of 6 days before a prescription was forwarded to the pharmacy, resulting in a 3-day gap without medication. During a conversation with reception staff on a Monday morning, I felt unheard and talked over rather than listened to. The focus on individualised patient care appears to have diminished.
