Receptionists turn impatient after initial friendliness

After phoning to reach someone, the reception staff initially seem pleasant, but this friendliness appears to fade within about half a minute, replaced by what felt like impatience and discourtesy. It raises questions about whether they would appreciate their own unwell relatives being treated with similar communication. My repeat prescriptions have consistently been set up incorrectly, requiring me to contact the practice each month despite them being designated as automatic refills. Despite these calls, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have not had continuity with the same clinician across my visits. During an in-person appointment, the practice environment was well-maintained and the clinical staff member was welcoming. The main areas of concern at this practice relate to the reception team's approach and the overall standard of patient communication.
