Poor

Receptionists were abrupt and unhelpful

While I understand the pandemic has been challenging, I found the reception staff to be rather curt. The overall level of attentiveness at this practice feels lacking. The phone system has limited availability during midday hours, and when you do get through, you're directed to call back later in the afternoon for test results. Waiting times to see a GP can stretch to around a month. I would consider looking for an alternative practice.
