Receptionists were rude about emergency appointments

The service was disappointing and I found the staff to be unwelcoming, particularly those at reception who displayed unhelpful behaviour. When I called requesting an urgent appointment, I was told that nothing was available as the schedule was completely full. However, when I attended in person, the situation seemed quite different. I waited for over an hour outside the clinic entrance, yet during that time I observed very few other patients present. The clinic appeared to have considerable capacity available. The management should investigate what appears to be a significant discrepancy in how appointments are being managed and communicated.
