Records transfer requests repeatedly ignored

I have experienced significant frustration with administrative processes at this surgery. I have made multiple attempts to arrange the transfer of my medical records from my previous practice, but this has not been completed. Additionally, there have been issues with my medication management, including delayed responses to review requests and difficulties obtaining regular prescription renewals despite completing the necessary medical assessments. I have also noticed inconsistencies between the guidance provided by the telephone service and the in-person staff, which has made the transition to this surgery quite challenging overall.
