Referral letter mess left me frustrated

Absolutely abysmal patient support. I requested a referral letter over seven days ago, and they've made zero progress! Incredibly, they're now claiming it was processed this very morning! I'm frustrated that the receptionist seems incapable of correctly reading dates and is confusing Tuesday the 16th with Tuesday the 23rd. Additionally, our MAT 1 document remains unsigned! As a consequence, my wife hasn't received her wages, and the receptionist's only solution is for me to return at week's end!! This situation is completely unacceptable. People depend on their income to survive!
