Refused support without offering face to face consultation

A disappointing experience with unhelpful service. I was unable to obtain support for my annual wellness and work-related documentation request, which was declined—the first practice in two decades to refuse this. Rather than arranging an in-person appointment as would be appropriate, the decision was communicated by email without discussion. The practice holds accreditation indicating they should be equipped to meet the needs of individuals with specific healthcare requirements, yet they fell short of expectations in my case. I am now looking to switch to a more suitable practice in the area and hope for a more positive outcome elsewhere.
