Registration forms went missing after hand delivery

I believed I had completed my registration approximately two months prior, however there appeared to be no documentation of my submission despite delivering the forms in person. When I attempted to register at an alternative practice located in the same building, I was questioned about my ability to attend a different branch location. The service experience was disappointing, and I subsequently registered successfully with another provider. Having spent a considerable career working within the NHS, I now have greater insight into the frustrations patients experience with healthcare services.
