Throughout my long-standing relationship with this medical practice spanning decades, I've witnessed significant transformations. The traditional model of having a consistent personal doctor has evolved. Despite these changes, I consistently manage to secure a GP consultation either on the same day or the following day. I consider myself incredibly fortunate, especially when I hear accounts from patients elsewhere who endure weeks-long waiting periods!!! Naturally, the landscape has shifted, particularly during the pandemic, but whenever I've genuinely required an in-person appointment, one has been arranged. The administrative team I interact with are consistently supportive and genuinely strive to address my healthcare requirements. I've consulted with multiple general practitioners over time, and without exception, they have all been competent and professional.
