Reliable healthcare with caring staff at spring hill

I've been a patient at Spring Hill for several years, and they've consistently provided good service. Their appointments are typically punctual, and they offer swift assistance. The Accurx system functions smoothly through the NHS app. I encountered one problematic incident in February where a doctor disregarded my health concerns. I was suffering from sinusitis and had inexplicably lost over 5kg without any lifestyle changes, among other symptoms. The doctor dismissively claimed "it's just the gym" and stated he didn't have time to address all my symptoms, instructing me to book another appointment. This approach left me feeling discouraged, and I ultimately did not return. I'm still experiencing these symptoms, but my recent visit has been excellent. I didn't encounter that previous doctor again. The staff remain helpful and responsive. Their online system is efficient, and priority patients can often secure same-day appointments depending on case urgency. Kim performed my blood test - she was friendly, efficient, and ensured the process was as painless as possible. Her extensive experience was evident. My most positive interactions have been with Kim, Dr. Baron, Dr. Patel, Zoe, and the short-haired receptionist (whose name I unfortunately never caught). I'm certain many other staff contribute to the practice's smooth operations, but these are the individuals I've personally interacted with. Despite the previous anomalous issue, I recognize how fortunate I am to have access to such a dedicated healthcare team at Spring Hill, which is why I'm confidently giving them 5 stars.
