I've been a patient at this practice for quite some time, and overall, my experiences have been consistently positive. Managing my accurex needs and obtaining referrals is straightforward, and scheduling telephone consultations is never a hassle. In-person appointments are more challenging to secure, so I tend to avoid them. The medical staff varies in quality, given the large number of physicians, but my interactions depend on the specific doctor. Dr Goggins stands out as my preferred physician - she's consistently warm and provides comprehensive care. While the city branch location appears somewhat dated compared to other sites like booth street and new jackson, its convenient free parking makes it my go-to choice. The phlebotomy nurse is particularly welcoming, and the reception staff are equally pleasant and helpful.
