The medical staff, from the front desk to the consistent general practitioners, are exceptional. Having been a patient at this surgery for over two decades, I remain satisfied with the care provided for both myself and my son. The practice offers a balanced team of seasoned and newly qualified doctors, giving patients a diverse range of healthcare professionals to choose from. While I have my preferred physicians, I'm comfortable seeing any doctor during urgent appointments. The reception team is generally pleasant, and a friendly demeanor makes a significant difference. I personally don't utilize their online service app and prefer traditional methods. They offer valuable additional services such as blood tests, pharmacy consultations, and physiotherapy. Although waiting a week or two for a blood test can feel lengthy, the staff conducting these tests are highly competent. Nonetheless, this approach is still preferable to hospital visits.
