Remote appointments only, concerns dismissed poorly

I would not recommend registering with this practice. As someone working in healthcare, I have decided not to return to this practice. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was troubled to learn that allergy information did not appear to be properly documented. This raised questions about record-keeping practices. During my two visits, I was only offered remote consultations and had to submit photographs rather than being seen in person. Additionally, the communication style used by the clinical staff felt unprofessional to me. I found the overall experience disappointing for a healthcare setting, as I felt the service lacked the care I would expect. Having visited several practices across the Manchester area, this one fell short of my expectations compared to others I have used. I do not intend to use this practice again and would suggest that others new to the area consider alternative options. I am considering escalating my concerns through the formal complaints process, as this represents an ongoing pattern of service issues that I have experienced.
