Repeat prescription requests left unresolved

Utterly disappointing experience. I'm not sure why processing a routine repeat request should be so challenging, but this practice has let me down considerably. I submitted my request a week ago, and when I followed up yesterday after it hadn't been completed, I was told it would definitely be sorted that day. Unfortunately, it still hasn't been dealt with today. This is really frustrating. It's no surprise that emergency services are under such strain when basic administrative tasks aren't being managed properly.
