Repeat prescription requests need clearer guidance

It appears they are genuinely committed this time regarding telephone requests for repeat medications. I only contact them for a single item. The surgery declines to process it alongside my other regular prescriptions, yet I receive the same response each time I call. The information provided through the automated message seems outdated and shouldn't be there. This raises the question of when one can trust the information provided by the automated service.
