Repeated appointment errors and poor communication channels

I have received multiple text notifications this week for appointments I did not arrange and had no prior knowledge of. When I contacted the surgery to clarify, the staff member was unable to provide information about what these appointments were scheduled for. As someone employed full time, repeatedly calling the surgery to resolve these administrative errors has become very inconvenient. I am also concerned that appointment reminders are sent at times that may not suit working patients, and that the practice does not offer email communication as an alternative to written correspondence, which adds further burden. The practice appears to have experienced a noticeable decline in its operations over recent time. I would appreciate being contacted to discuss these concerns. The standard of service has not improved in the past two years and has deteriorated in several areas. Additionally, I find the complaints process to be difficult to navigate and not sufficiently accessible, which appears to discourage feedback and would benefit from review.
