Repeated blood tests but still waiting for answers

I would rate this experience 1/10, with the only positive being the lovely and professional conduct of the nursing staff. I attended an appointment earlier in the summer and was advised to arrange a blood test. Following the initial test, I was called back for a repeat due to an issue with the sample collection. Since then, I have been repeatedly calling to obtain my results, only to be informed that the clinician has not yet reviewed them, and that urgent cases would be prioritised accordingly, with suggestions to call back later. Nearly a month has now passed, and I have been advised that the earliest available appointment is approximately two weeks away. This experience has felt unproductive, as my original symptoms remain unresolved and I have received no clarity on my situation. I can appreciate why some patients become discouraged with seeking medical care. The reception and clinical services fell short of my expectations, and I felt the overall approach lacked professionalism and compassion.
