Ridiculous booking system leaves patients without care

I've been informed that the sole method to schedule a consultation is by phone strictly between 8 and 9am on the same day. Anyone without telephone access during those precise hours is effectively prevented from securing a medical appointment. Apparently, online booking, advance scheduling, or reserving slots at any other time is impossible, as all appointments are released exclusively on the day of service. I find it hard to imagine a more inconvenient, impractical booking system. Individuals unable to make a call within that narrow window are completely shut out from seeing their healthcare provider.
