Ripple road medical centre fails patients

If you care about your well-being, avoid Ripple Road Medical Centre at all costs. Their service and patient care are utterly subpar. I've been a patient here for over six years since relocating from Camberwell. From the start, I noticed a significant decline in service quality but initially remained hopeful, thinking my good health would minimize interactions. As time progressed, health complications emerged which I diligently reported to the GP, hoping for resolution. That's when the problems truly began. Attempting to contact the practice is an exercise in frustration. The receptionists are dismissive and seemingly eager to terminate calls quickly. They make empty promises about callbacks, forcing patients to repeatedly follow up. One can't help but wonder if they'd tolerate such treatment themselves! 🤔 After persistent pressure, I was finally referred for a critical scan, which was subsequently cancelled after a three-month wait. The GP then referred me to Medefer, which appeared to be a convenient shield for their own incompetence. Throughout this ordeal, I continued suffering—experiencing pain and bleeding—which seemed inconsequential to them 😔. I could easily compose a comprehensive critique detailing the practice's comprehensive failures. Fundamentally, my advice to anyone prioritizing their health is clear: seek medical care elsewhere. This practice is best avoided entirely.
