Rubbish practice

Absolutely near impossible to get an appointment and normally over 2 weeks or more to wait to see a doctor. The reception staff are caring, unsympathetic and quite frankly rude and enjoy winding people up. There is only one doctor that seems to be any good and when I had issues with my mental health, I was had a go at by the doctor and treated as if it was completely unimportant. I have even had to go to hospital and I’ve been told by the hospital that the The doctor, surgery and reception in particular did not seem to want to listen to me. I did not seem to treat my situation serious. When the staff at the hospital diagnosed they were shocked at how badly I had been treated, and how the surgery had failed me. I suffered pain and discomfort which was not necessary because the doctors failed to be able to help me. I would not recommend the surgery to anyone and will be leaving. They do everything I can to put obstacles in your way and they only care about themselves . This surgery should not even exist as it is rubbish and I will taking the matter further.
