I am extremely let down by the reception staff's conduct at Mathukia's Surgery. Every interaction with the practice has been marred by discourteous treatment, an obstructive demeanor, and a total disinterest in helping. It is absolutely unacceptable for medical receptionists to handle patients with such blatant disregard, particularly when individuals are reaching out for critical healthcare requirements, not mere convenience. The operational inefficiency is equally infuriating. I have been forced to make repeated calls to address straightforward matters, and have even been provided with misleading guidance. Multiple times, I was explicitly told a doctor would return my call, only to be met with complete silence. This profound breakdown in communication and professional responsibility generates unnecessary anxiety and creates barriers to receiving timely medical attention. A medical practice should be an environment where patients feel genuinely supported and valued, but my experience has been anything but that. If the reception team finds their responsibilities overwhelming, immediate intervention through enhanced training or a more patient-centric approach is crucial. The current service quality is fundamentally unacceptable and requires immediate rectification.
