Rude doctor dismissed my medical needs

I recently visited this medical practice after being directed by a Crediton pharmacy to seek an emergency repeat prescription. I'm currently struggling to register with a local GP due to my upcoming relocation in two months. A doctor named Sam Jones emerged while I was explaining my situation to the receptionist and immediately declared that temporary registration was my only option, with potential delays in obtaining my medical records and no immediate prescription. When I calmly explained my imminent travel and limited medication supply, Dr. Jones began publicly criticizing me, repeatedly emphasizing my poor planning and suggesting they were unwilling to assist. Despite presenting comprehensive documentation from my GP, neurologist, and neurosurgeon confirming my medication requirements, Dr. Jones dismissively questioned my frequent moves and the relevance of my medical letters. As someone suffering from cervical myelopathy and degenerative disc disease, I found this treatment utterly unacceptable. The interaction was so demeaning that I would not return to this practice even if offered significant compensation. The encounter not only left me without critical medication but also made me feel completely invalidated. Dr. Jones demonstrated zero compassion and appears fundamentally unsuited to patient care. Perhaps experiencing similar medical challenges might eventually help him understand the difficulties faced by patients like myself. I am completely shocked and devastated by this unexpected, humiliating experience. I left feeling utterly defeated, emotional, and embarrassed. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE!! 😡
