Rude doctor ruins long-time patient's healthcare experience

Extremely let down by my longtime general practitioner. Despite being a long-term patient since childhood, I rarely need medical attention, but when I do, I'm consistently berated by the doctor. Dr. Taylor is particularly problematic. She ensures patients feel rushed and unwelcome, openly displaying her stress and effectively transferring her bad mood onto those seeking medical care. It pains me to publicly criticize a healthcare provider I've known for years, but I must strongly advise potential patients to look elsewhere. The NHS receptionist stereotype of being slow and discourteous doesn't even begin to describe the staff here. They elevate unprofessionalism to an art form, consistently making patients feel insignificant and unimportant. Their dismissive attitude is beyond frustrating. I'm actively seeking a new GP who will treat me with basic respect, listen without judgment, and provide care without unnecessary aggression or negativity. A medical professional should make patients feel supported, not belittled.
