Rude gp ruins practice's reputation

Update: The recently introduced digital booking platform is woefully inadequate and potentially hazardous. Medication requests now demand an excessively lengthy approval process, with physicians taking 4 FULL DAYS to authorize prescriptions. Moreover, patients must complete repetitive paperwork for every repeat prescription. The service is absolutely abysmal. ---------- Steer clear of specific practitioners. During her early pregnancy, my wife was callously instructed to simply "endure" her discomfort. When I sought a follow-up discussion regarding test results viewed through the Patient Access App, the same GP responded dismissively, warning "this better not be about information we've already discussed" — demonstrating a complete lack of understanding and professional communication. The remaining medical professionals and administrative staff are exceptional. It's unfortunate that the entire practice's reputation suffers due to one physician's complete absence of compassion and interpersonal skills.
