Rude man disrupts medical reception with bad attitude

I was standing in line waiting to check in for my injection when a man abruptly positioned himself in the middle of the reception area. Both receptionists were occupied - one on a phone call, the other engaged with a patient. I deliberately held back, recognizing they were having confidential conversations. Despite being first in the queue, this individual brazenly pushed past me and positioned himself as close to the front as possible. When the receptionist finished speaking with the patient, she turned to me with an apologetic smile and asked, "Are you waiting to submit a prescription?" The man interjected, "For the second time," with remarkable aggression. I was stunned by his attitude. Someone needs to remind him how fortunate he is to even have the opportunity to submit a prescription, regardless of how many attempts it takes. The receptionist isn't responsible for his frustration, and he should be grateful to have access to a medical facility where he can return multiple times. In less privileged countries like Syria or parts of Africa, people would gladly walk countless miles just to obtain essential medication.
