Rude reception ruins potential medical experience

The front desk staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism. In contrast, Dr. Abubakar's team is extremely understanding and apologetic. The medical center should address the reception's conduct. Invariably, two women at the reception can be observed engrossed in conversation, seemingly disinterested in their duties.
