Rude receptionist blocks legal name change process

I am deeply frustrated by the receptionist's condescending and inappropriate behavior when discussing my Deed Poll name change on behalf of the NHS, arbitrarily claiming whether the name modification is acceptable. Unlike all other official bodies in England that have cooperated and updated my records, Karis Medical Centre and the NHS have refused to comply. This stance is completely unacceptable and appears to violate the legal standards and regulations of our country!!!
