Rude receptionist destroyed my health centre experience

The receptionist named Shaz displayed an appalling level of unprofessionalism. Her demeanor was so aggressive that she triggered significant anxiety during our deeply unpleasant telephone interaction. She demonstrated zero interest in hearing my concerns, consistently interrupting and talking over me in a condescending manner that was incredibly distressing. The encounter was so stressful that I experienced actual heart palpitations. Her dismissive response was to suggest I find another Health Centre if I was dissatisfied - which would be preferable, but my limited geographical options make this challenging. My advice: if Shaz is handling incoming calls, request immediate transfer to another staff member to preserve your mental well-being. Her communication skills are so fundamentally poor that she should be removed from front desk and telephone duties entirely. Shaz is systematically undermining the centre's reputation and causing genuine emotional distress to patients seeking support.
