Rude receptionist dismisses cancer concerns

Attempting to access the clinic for an appointment proved futile. Upon mentioning concerns about potential cancer symptoms to the receptionist, I was abruptly informed, "Nothing can be done. You'll need to call at 8 AM, but don't expect to secure a slot as all appointments are filled within 15 minutes." This level of service is utterly unacceptable. It's perplexing why the receptionist even inquired about symptoms. If I desired an uninformed opinion, I'd simply consult Google. Moreover, as a man in his mid to late forties grappling with cancer worries, having contributed to the NHS throughout my entire working life, a modicum of respect and consideration would have been greatly appreciated. The sole reason for awarding two stars is that the receptionist managed to lift her gaze when addressing me. Otherwise, this experience was entirely disappointing and left much to be desired in terms of patient care and professionalism.
