Rude Receptionist Made Me Feel Awful

The front desk staff consistently displays a dismissive attitude and acts as a gatekeeper to medical consultations based on their subjective assessment of illness severity. Despite feeling extremely ill, I was made to feel like an inconvenience to the medical professionals. To make matters worse, each interaction requires enduring lengthy phone wait times exceeding half an hour. It seems basic human empathy and genuine concern for patients have become increasingly rare in today's healthcare environment.
