Rude receptionist ruined my 30-year patient record

I've been a loyal patient for three decades without any issues until recently. The reception staff have become increasingly problematic during my last few visits. When I spoke with a staff member named Maisey, she was dismissive and rude, actually laughing at me over the phone. She then proceeded to mislead me and accused me of lying when I requested to speak with another staff member. When another employee named Cameron answered the phone, I attempted to explain the situation and file a complaint about Maisey's behavior. However, Cameron also accused me of fabricating the story and defended Maisey. While the doctors themselves remain excellent, the administrative staff are incredibly unprofessional, displaying horrible customer service skills. These last two visits have been a complete disappointment, which is shocking given my 30-year history with this surgery. The behavior I've experienced is disgraceful, and the practice should be embarrassed by how Maisey represents them at the front desk.
