Rude receptionist ruined my entire medical experience

I'm not typically one to pen reviews, but the circumstances of this particular encounter absolutely demand management's attention due to its unacceptable nature. While conversing with a bespectacled, older receptionist about some personal matters, she displayed an incredibly discourteous and interrupting demeanor throughout our interaction. She consistently cut me off and seemed to imply she knew everything about my situation, making indirect and condescending comments. Such unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated, and if this happened to another person, I wouldn't be shocked if they strongly complained. Furthermore, the fact that staff are eating at their desk while simultaneously attempting to communicate, with food in their mouth no less, is utterly inappropriate. The entire experience felt like I was speaking to someone who was completely indifferent and disengaged from providing any meaningful customer service. This level of disrespect is simply unacceptable.
